FHWA Construction Team Headquarters
Office of Infrastructure's Office of Preconstruction, Construction, and Pavements; Construction Team (HICP-20)
This Team interprets statutory and regulatory provisions relating to Federal-aid construction projects and provides guidance regarding the implementation of the requirements.
Responsible for the evaluation of the delivery of construction for the Federal-aid program and assisting in the implementation of emerging technology and innovations. Primary point of contact for industry partners, such as AASHTO, AGC, and ARTBA.
This team will conduct an annual risk assessment to prioritize their work activities. This risk assessment will be shared with the Construction and Project Management PAL.Contact us:
