Office of Research, Development, and Technology; Office of Infrastructure R&D's Infrastructure Analysis and Construction Team (HRDI-20)
HRDI-20 is responsible for research and development activities focused on advancing knowledge and technology associated with infrastructure construction and project delivery, and develops procedures and processes to increase safety, efficiency, and resilience while improving the physical condition of the Nation's highway infrastructure.
The team evaluates the effects of owner agency and construction processes, tools, procedures and specifications on the performance, safety, efficiency and sustainability aspects of highway infrastructure and establishes the viability of a new processes and products for deployment.
