  1. Assemble all test equipment
    1. Thermometers
    2. Air meter
    3. Scales
    4. Slump Cone
    5. Buckets
    6. Cylinder molds
    7. Measuring Tape
    8. Wheel Barrow
  2. Obtain Haul Tickets
    1. Check revolution count
    2. Check total water added at plant
    3. Check time of beginning of mixing
  3. Check Mix Consistency
    1. Allow contractor to add additional water if slump of mix is to low provided maximum water to cement ratio is not exceeded
    2. Mix additional 30 revolutions is water is added at site
  4. Allow discharge when required mixing revolutions have been completed
  5. Test air content
  6. Determine unit weight
  7. Test slump
  8. Check mix temperature
  9. Check atmospheric temperature
  10. Mold and cure concrete cylinders for strength tests
  11. Monitor time from introduction of cement at mixer to time of discharge (1 hour max.)
  12. Complete haul ticket data
  13. Fill out daily report
