The Center of Innovative Finance Support has updated the FHWA guidance for the GARVEE program. This updates the 2014 GARVEE Guidance based on four more years of program experience, and includes new appendices addressing technical tracking/accounting issues in FMIS and an updated MOU template. CIFS will hold an informational webinar in the coming weeks. Prior the webinar, questions may be submitted to Peter Mancauskas (peter.mancauskas@dot.gov) before November 30, 2018. A consolidated Q&A document will be made available for the informational webinar and posted to the CIFS website.
