The Center for Local Aid Support has developed a series of online training modules for transportation professionals. The series takes approximately a 1.5 hours to complete. These courses can be taken at your own pace. There is a final assessment at the end of each course which you need to pass with a score of 70% or higher in order to access the evaluation and print your certificate. Please note that there are 3 courses in this Value Capture training series. This training is the first in a series of 3 courses.
