"satisfied" or "very satisfied"; 9 percent
were "neither/don't know"; and 13 percent were "dissatisfied"
or "very dissatisfied." In 1995, 62 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 27 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 11 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Design of rest areas. In 2000, 76 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 17 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 7 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 65 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 24 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 11 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Landscaping. In 2000, 76 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 11 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 13 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 61 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 24 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 15 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Sound barriers. In 2000, 59 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 29 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 12 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 52 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 32 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 16 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Outdoor advertisements/billboards. In 2000, 53 percent were
"satisfied" or "very satisfied"; 20 percent
were "neither/don't know"; and 27 percent were "dissatisfied"
or "very dissatisfied." Data for outdoor advertisements/billboards
were not collected in 1995.
- Amount of litter. In 2000, 52 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 8 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 40 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." Data for amount of litter were not collected
in 1995.
