- Signs for mileage/destinations. In 2000, 87 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 5 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 8 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 75 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 18 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 7 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Signs for services. In 2000, 84 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 8 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 8 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 64 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 25 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 11 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Number of rest areas. In 2000, 66 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 14 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 20 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 54 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 28 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 18 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Variety of rest areas. In 2000, 62 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 21 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 17 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 49 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 34 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 17 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Roadside assistance. In 2000, 53 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 30 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 17 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 32 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 30 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 38 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
