Case Study: The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments ExperienceWhat's Next? After much effort, OKI is in a strong position to incorporate additional economic analysis methods into its Project Scoring Process and overall Congestion Management Process. OKI will continue to scrutinize its evaluation mechanisms and will, where appropriate, make use of STEAM and smaller scale tools to improve its planning results. The greater use of economic analysis and other advanced planning tools is an ongoing process that has the full commitment of OKI and regional leadership, OKI staff, and the agencies and contractors available to support OKI.
