or "very satisfied"; 14 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 15 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very

- Traffic signal timing. In 2000, 66 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 12 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 22 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." Data for traffic signal timing were not collected

- Congestion due to accidents. In 2000, 49 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 15 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 36 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 58 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 28 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 14 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
- Overall level of congestion. In 2000, 38 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 12 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 50 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied." In 1995, 35 percent were "satisfied"
or "very satisfied"; 32 percent were "neither/don't
know"; and 33 percent were "dissatisfied" or "very
dissatisfied."
