Overall satisfaction with roadway and operational characteristics in Federal lands

Visitors to National Parks and Forests were asked about their satisfaction with roadway characteristics. Responses were scaled from 0 (very dissatisfied) to 100 (very satisfied). Their scores are as follows: 86.7 for visual appeal, 83.4 for preservation of resources, 83.3 for bridge conditions, 83.2 for access to destination, 77.8 for directions and information signs, 76 for traffic flow, 70.9 for road surface conditions, and 70.7 for safety of driving conditions. The source of this data is the Federal Lands Highway Survey.
