Relationship between traffic delays and dissatisfaction with roads

Traffic delays are related to dissatisfaction with roads used most often. The level of dissatisfaction with roads used most often for those who experience no delays is 17 percent. For those who experience delays one to nine percent of the time, dissatisfaction is 16 percent. For those who experience delays 10 to 19 percent of the time, dissatisfaction is 22 percent. For those who experience delays 20 to 29 percent of the time, dissatisfaction is 26 percent. For those who experience delays 30 to 39 percent of the time, dissatisfaction is 26 percent. For those who experience delays 40 to 49 percent of the time, dissatisfaction is 38 percent. For those who experience delays 50 to 59 percent of the time, dissatisfaction is 38 percent. For those who experience delays 60 to 69 percent of the time, dissatisfaction is 37 percent. For those who experience delays 70 to 79 percent of the time, dissatisfaction is 44 percent. For those who experience delays 80 percent or more of the time, dissatisfaction is 54 percent. The source of this data is the Operations and Planning/Environment Survey.
