A fireside chat hosted by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Every Day Counts-7 Strategic Workforce Development (SWD) team with speakers from Heartland Women in Trades, the Institute for Women’s Policy Research, and Chicago Women in Trades. The presentation focused on leveraging partnerships to open construction career paths for women and advocating for equal representation and pay.
