Fraudulent IRS Form 2290 #4


Fraudulent re-use of stamped IRS 2290 form.

Two forms submitted by two different people have identical marks and IRS stamps, demonstrating that the same form is being photocopied for multiple use. In addition liquid paper is clearly used to erase information, again demonstrating re-use of one original stamped form.
