This 2006 evaluation of the dynamic ridesharing pilot project at the Dublin/Pleasanton Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station, known as RideNow, was prepared for the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA). The project was funded by a grant from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and implemented by ACCMA and its partners BART, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, Caltrans, the cities of Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore and San Ramon, and the Hacienda Business Park. The evaluation report describes the program and changes to the program upon participant feedback, along with evaluation in the areas of technical, marketing, program costs, operations, participant/customer satisfaction, methodology, participant commute patterns, implementation challenges and recommendations.
