1/ This table shows gross volume of gasoline reported by sellers, usually at the terminal or wholesale level, in each State. The data are taken from State taxation reports and may reflect time lags of 6 weeks or more In States where jet fuel was initially included with aviation gasoline, the jet fuel has been deducted. between the report level and the time of retail sale. The data include highway use, nonhighway use, and losses.The gross volumes shown in this table will not agree with that in table MF-21. Table MF-21 reflects adjustments made to eliminate exports and military use and to limit percentage loss allowances to a maximum of 1 percent.
