Travelers (or System Users) Overview

This section provides information about State driver licenses. The tables display the total number of licensed drivers in each State. The tables show the number of male and female licensed drivers by sex and age group. The tables not only exhibit the number of male/female license holders, but also the relationship of licensed drives to total resident population and to driving-age population. The tables also show the ratio of licensed drivers to registered private and commercial vehicle as well as the distribution of licensed drivers by sex and percentage in each age group and relation to population.
