5/ Some allocations for local general purposes may have been used in part for highways.
6/ Includes only allocations for specific nonhighway purposes.
7/ Gross allocations of highway-user revenues to State general funds were reduced by appropriations forhighways from State general funds. These amounts are included with allocations for State highway purposes.
