(2) Lee County Bridges consists of the Cape Coral Bridge, the Midpoint Bridge, and the Sanibel Bridge and Causeway.

(3) Harris County Toll Facilities consist of the Harris County Toll Road and the Jesse Jones Memorial Toll Bridge.
