Project Bundling Webinar Series

Advanced project bundling consists of planning and awarding similar projects to leverage all economies of scale throughout project delivery, while also achieving important program goals.

Project bundling isn't new, so why are the techniques promoted in Every Day Counts round five referred to as "advanced"? This webinar series will detail more effective methods collected from national best practices. Agencies that systematically implement this more advanced approach will optimize resources, save delivery time, and address system performance goals while keeping crucial transportation assets in good repair.

FHWA will host a series of project bundling webinars every third Wednesday beginning in September 2020

Registration Process for Non-DOT Attendees

Non-DOT users including State DOTs must request access to the FHWA External Portal for webinars. Step-by step instructions on how to request an account can be found here: https://connectdot.connectsolutions.com/espnon-dotstaff/.

Account issuance takes approximately one business day. Once non-DOT users receive account information, they can access the site by clicking on the registration link and logging in.

Registration Process for Federal DOT Staff and DOT-badged Attendees

Federal DOT staff do not need to register for an account. However, please register for each webinar you and others anticipate attending. FHWA needs a head count to provide an adequate number of phone lines. You can register as individuals or as a group, as long as there is only one phone line used.

There is no cost to participate and the webinars are open to the public. We look forward to your participation. If you have questions, please contact David Unkefer at 404-764-7498 or Matthew Corrigan at 202-493-3365.
