Project bundling isn't new, so why are the techniques promoted in Every Day Counts round five referred to as "advanced"? This webinar series will detail more effective methods collected from national best practices. Agencies that systematically implement this more advanced approach will optimize resources, save delivery time, and address system performance goals while keeping crucial transportation assets in good repair.

Federal DOT staff do not need to register for an account. However, please register for each webinar you and others anticipate attending. FHWA needs a head count to provide an adequate number of phone lines. You can register as individuals or as a group, as long as there is only one phone line used.

Self-assessment/capability-maturity matrix – This tool will help agencies determine their existing state, as well as short and long-term goals for implementation of project bundling practices. FHWA will use the assessment to customize technical assistance it provides highway agencies.
Database – A compilation of project bundling case studies, contract documents, federal and agency references, and research papers.
