Appendix F. Sub-State distribution of Transportation Alternatives funding

  Figure describing the detailed process through which FHWA distributes Transportation Alternatives funding at the sub-State level.
Step 1: Unless Governor opts out, set aside funds for Recreational Trails Program (RTP)

Step 2: Suballocate 50% of remainder based on population; other 50% may be used anywhere in State

Step 3: Suballocate funds into three categories
