Employers cannot discriminate against people with disabilities in regard to any employment practice or terms, conditions and privileges of employment

•Has a physical or mental impairment that
substantially limits one or more major life
activities; regardless of mitigating
•Has a record of such an impairment; or
•Is regarded as having such an impairment.
